We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a commercial groundworks project in Southall. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with strong site and subcontractor management skills, looking to hit the ground running on a fast-paced job.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations on a busy groundworks site
* Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and direct labour
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Liaise with the client, consultants, and internal teams
* Maintain HSEQ compliance and site documentation
* Drive progress on-site and resolve issues proactively
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing commercial groundworks projects
* Strong knowledge of groundworks including drainage, foundations, and concrete works
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White card), and First Aid certification
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and manage tight programmes
