We are seeking a Document Controller specializing in managing project documentation using the Asite Electronic Document Management (EDM) system. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain project documentation within the Asite EDM platform.
* Ensure accurate filing, version control, and compliance with company standards.
* Support project teams by providing timely access to documents and data.
* Monitor document workflows and resolve any discrepancies.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth document control processes.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Asite EDM system (essential).
* Strong IT and administrative skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* No minimum construction experience required – full training will be provided.
Desirable
* Familiarity with other EDM systems (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint) is a plus.
