Customer Success Manager
TalkLife is a platform that builds online communities and safe spaces for people to share how they feel and navigate life’s ups and downs. Our student-specific peer support community, TalkCampus, serves students from over 300 universities and colleges worldwide, providing support from other students.
We are growing and seeking a new team member to join our customer success team to deliver exceptional service to wellbeing teams that trust us with their students. This is an office-based role in Bristol with some early-morning calls in Australian time zones due to the global nature of the role.
Responsibilities
 * Support across a global portfolio of universities and colleges, delivering an outstanding client experience.
 * Support clients from launch and beyond, finding creative ways to engage and add value.
 * Maintain regular contact via email, video, and face-to-face meetings tailored to each client’s needs.
Qualifications & Skills
 * 2-3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role.
 * Experience with CRM systems and/or strong attention to detail and quality. Maintaining excellent systems is paramount for customer success.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships with teams around the world.
 * High level of organization; ability to manage workload, take initiative, and be responsive to client needs.
 * Experience in the wellbeing sector or education sector is highly desirable; understanding of the Australian education system is a plus.
