GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Teacher to join schools in the Shoreham area on a full-time, long-term basis. Whether you specialise in a particular subject or are a confident generalist, this role offers the chance to make a genuine difference in pupils educational journeys.
Role Overview:
As a Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and inclusive learning experience. Your role will involve inspiring students to achieve their potential while contributing positively to the wider school community.
Responsibilities as a Teacher:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that align with national curriculum standards.
* Differentiate instructions to meet the varying needs and abilities of pupils.
* Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
* Track student progress and provide regular feedback to support development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives and pupil well-being.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is mandatory.
* Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools is preferred.
* Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities.
* A fully updated CV covering the last 10 years, with all gaps explained.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
