About The Role
As a Night Manager at HC-One, you will value kindness above all. It is central to our care homes, which serve residents with dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist needs. Your responsibilities include overseeing a specific part of the home and delivering high-quality care. You will also manage the entire home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy. This involves ensuring resident dignity and well-being, whether reporting mobility issues, requesting samples for monitoring, or administering medication.
You should have proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults, along with positive energy and the ability to connect with people. This role requires accountability and considerate communication with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures for reporting concerns. All staff will receive safeguarding training relevant to their roles and additional training as needed.
