Service Manager- Learning Disabilities (Day Centre)
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Hours: Full Time (37.5 per week)
Salary: Up to £30,346 per year (£14.64-£15.51 per hour)
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead a community‑based day centre supporting adults with learning disabilities in Carlisle.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading the day‑to‑day delivery of a high‑quality community activities service
* Supporting, mentoring and developing your team to perform at their best
* Promoting independence, choice and meaningful engagement for the people we support
* Driving continuous improvement and maintain high standards
About you
* Experience in adult social care (learning disabilities experience highly desirable)
* Confident leading teams and supporting staff development
* Strong understanding of person‑centred care, safeguarding and quality standards
* Level 4 Health and Social care (or willingness to work towards)
* Motivated, organised and committed to delivering high‑quality support
Additional information
* Participation in an on‑call rota (with additional allowance)
* Full time, permanent position based in Carlisle
