About the Role
As Care Team Leader working nights, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure every resident receives safe, compassionate and consistent care throughout the night. You will:
1. Lead and coordinate the night shift with confidence
2. Support and allocate duties to care colleagues
3. Oversee and administer medication safely
4. Complete and review care assessments
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards
6. Act as a role model, promoting dignity, respect and wellbeing at all times
7. Your leadership will help create a calm and reassuring environment for residents while fostering teamwork and excellence among colleagues.
