Nestled amongst rolling fields and orchards, half-way from London to Devon/Cornwall, our Somerset destination is both a valuable hub for local communities and a new kind of pit-stop for travellers looking for something more than a journey break. We're neither a farm shop nor a services although we share attributes of both.
We're all about providing our guests with impactful, vibrant experiences that enrich their journey, celebrate local produce and build community. We achieve this in our restaurant through colourful plates that move with the seasons; in our food market's canvassing of small predominantly local producers; in our lifestyle store's selection of covetable and sustainable gifts and, finally; in the Teals environment's combination of light, calming, sustainable textured interiors and (through the windows) local planting, traditional cider orchard, hedgerows and pasture.
