School Support Worker – A Great opportunity in the education and training sector for Aspiring Clinical or Youth Justice Professionals

Join us in Kempston as a School Support Worker, where you'll support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs as a School Support Worker in the education and training. This role offers invaluable frontline experience highly regarded by NHS clinical teams and youth offending services alike.

Position: School Support Worker

Location: Kempston

Pay: £460 – £500 per week

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 3:30pm

What We’re Looking For:

* A strong interest or background in mental health, SEN, or youth work

* Someone local or willing to commute to Kempston
* A compassionate, reliable adult role model who can provide consistent support for young people facing complex challenges

Your Responsibilities:

* Supporting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD
* Working alongside school clinical teams to implement tailored support strategies
* Assisting in delivering individual education plans (IEPs)
* Promoting a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive learning environment
