The role
This role is accountable for Carrier Growth & Partnerships opening new opportunities with parcel networks, depots and fleets; securing capacity and expanding coverage across the UK.
Revenues and Service Performance and also owning a combined target for revenue growth
You will be the Client Interface acting as a liaison and work closely with carriers, depots, and customer sites to understand their pain points
Creating win-win solutions that solve real operational problems and ensure their needs are met throughout the delivery process
Performance Management driving higher standards across our clients drivers and fleets through data, feedback, and strong relationships
Ensure an excellent customer experience and drive contract retention and growth.
Tracking key metrics and using the data to identify and implement service improvements.
Maintain ongoing awareness of market conditions and trends to ensure effective reaction to market changes.
