Job description
Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, and to understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.
Other responsibilities include:
* Identifying residents' life history, needs, and preferences by listening to them and their families to support the development of a detailed life story.
* Planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans and weekly overviews to the Home Manager.
* Arranging activities, events, and outings, encouraging involvement from staff, relatives, and visitors.
* Maintaining a safe environment and contributing to the positive image of the home.
