An exciting time to join this business who is experience rapid growth and looking to build a strong sales administration team. This will be a varied role and looking for someone who has a solid administrative background, confident with both telephone and online enquiries and can manage their own day to achieve results.
Duties
* Managing incoming requests for booking of surveyors via phone, email and online chat.
* Schedule appointments with customers using CRM.
* Administer quotes - preparing and sending to clients.
* Follow up on quotes for conversion.
* Raise purchase orders and issue invoices
* Liaise with team to ensure bookings are scheduled and managed to produce the best results.
* Travel arrangements for sales and surveying team - hotels, trains, parking etc.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all sales processes run efficiently.
* Maintain and update customer records in CRM software, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
* Perform general administrative tasks including document preparation in Microsoft Word, data entry, and filing.
Experience
* Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
