Job Description
3. Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and expenses.
4. Ensure compliance with travel policies and budgetary guidelines.
5. Reporting and Processing credit card transactions.
6. Liaise with internal departments and external providers to confirm bookings.
7. Handle related queries and provide timely resolutions.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities.
9. Monitor and report on travel expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
10. Stay updated on travel regulations and provide advice as needed.
11. Support other administrative tasks within the Secretarial & Business Support department as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Travel Coordinator should have:
12. Previous experience in travel coordination or a related role.
13. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
14. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
16. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
17. A proactive approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
18. Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector is advantageous but not essential.
