This is a fantastic Temp-to-Perm opportunity for the right candidate to secure a long-term role with a forward-thinking company that values quality craftsmanship and career development.
Shifts:
Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM
Rate of pay:
£14.00-£15.00 per hour
Pay based on experience and skill level
Key Responsibilities:
HGV Paint Spraying
Surface preparation including sanding and masking
Prepping components for painting, ensuring surfaces are clean and smooth
Spray painting components to a high standard using appropriate techniques
Repairing GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) panels or boards
Conducting basic quality checks to ensure a consistent finish
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working to production deadlines and quality standards
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a paint spraying or prepping role
Have at least years of previous paint spraying experience
A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and reliable approach to work
