The Calderdale Bladder & Bowel Service within CHFT provides complex bladder and bowel care for children and adults across Calderdale. The team offers evidence-based triage, diagnosis, treatment, and review of patients with complex continence needs. The clinical team works as part of a wider multidisciplinary team (MDT), providing support and advice to the public on continence dysfunction in various health and educational settings.
This vacancy involves working as a specialist healthcare assistant within the integrated Bladder & Bowel Service, performing specialist clinical assessments and developing management care plans for complex bladder and bowel conditions in a community setting.
Responsibilities
* Work autonomously within the team and manage a designated caseload of individuals.
* Assess, manage, implement, and evaluate evidence-based care programs within the community environment.
