Cleaner with Progression into Admin & Business Support

We are now looking for a Part-Time Cleaner who has ambition, initiative, and an interest in developing into office and administrative responsibilities over time and may hopefully turn into a full time position if needed and possibly be more office based than cleaning based.

Domestic Cleaner Role
You will:
* Work in a team of two
* Travel between customers' homes in a company vehicle
* Deliver high-quality cleaning using professional equipment and systems
* Build relationships with regular customers on your route
* Be fully employed (NOT self-employed)
* Be paid for travel time between cleans
Wages
* Training wage: £12.85 per hour
* Route Cleaner drivers typically earn £13+ per hour
* Typical weekly earnings: £350–£430 (5 days)
* Weekly pay

Full training is provided from day one.
Development into Admin, Sales & Business Support
As you demonstrate reliability and initiative, you will if suited have the opportunity to gradually take on responsibilities such as:
* Supporting office administration
* Assisting with customer communication
* Helping manage schedules and route planning
* Supporting marketing or sales activity
* conducting in-home estimates and providing analysis on conversion rates
* Contributing ideas to help grow the business
This role would suit someone who:
* Has a proactive, "how can we improve this?" mindset
* Is organised and confident learning new systems
* Has a sales-aware or customer-focused attitude
* Wants to contribute directly to the growth of the business
* Is interested in long-term development, not just short-term work
We are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the owner as the business expands, who also has a hands on approach but is sales driven to help the business grow further.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:30am – 5:00pm availability required
* Full-time: typically 27–38 hours per week
* Part-time: 2–3 days per week (14–24 hours)
Essential Requirements
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Sales driven wanting a varied role
* Physically fit
* MS Office skills
* Honest, dependable and professional
* Live within 20 minutes of NN3 area or Kettering area
