Position: Domiciliary Care Support Worker
Location: Prestatyn or Rhyl/Rhuddlan
Hours: Full-time, part-time or bank
As a Domiciliary Care Support Worker with us, you’ll be an essential part of a compassionate and dedicated team, providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Role and responsibilities:
* Provide essential support to clients in their own homes
* Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders
* Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
* Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and observations
* Promote independence and well-being
Requirements:
* Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous care experience is a plus, but not required
* Willingness to undergo relevant background checks
* Car driver essential
