Description
* Provide legal advice and support on a variety of real estate transactions and matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
* Conduct due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the legal department to deliver seamless service to clients.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of their needs.
* Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations in Scotland.

A successful Real Estate Solicitor should have:
