Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Technician, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting or busy service desk environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for client satisfaction. Relevant certifications, including Microsoft 365 (training will be provided). Ability to collaborate effectively with clients to understand their technology needs. Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies. UK residency, preferably located in the Cambridge area. Responsibilities: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients. Implement and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security solutions. Proactively address potential IT issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with clients to recommend effective technology solutions.
