We're a dynamic, forward-thinking service committed to delivering excellent housing repairs and maintenance. As part of our team, you'll play a central role in making sure our residents receive the timely, high-quality repairs service they deserve - while working alongside inspectors, contractors, and colleagues to keep everything running seamlessly.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the responsive repairs team with essential administration, ensuring accurate records of all repair requests, complex issues, and maintenance at void properties.
* Acting as the central link between inspectors, contractors, internal teams, and external partners to resolve repair requests quickly and effectively.
* Coordinating the flow of information around the acquisition of new social housing stock, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
* Building positive working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and external services to make sure repairs are handled efficiently and professionally.
