What You'll Need
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
* Proven experience as a Room Leader in an Early Years nursery
* Strong working knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
* Confidence overseeing staff, ratios, and daily routines

* Lead the daily organisation and practice within your room
* Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS
* Complete observations, assessments, and room documentation
* Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times
* Support and guide staff working within the room
* Communicate clearly with parents regarding children's progress and daily care
