Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the lead on large-scale, complex project?We’re looking for a driven and commercially skilled professional to take ownership of a high-value infrastructure project based on-site at Hinkley Point. * Leading the end-to-end commercial management of a major infrastructure project
* Delivering robust cost forecasting, budget control, and cash flow reporting
* Acting as the commercial bridge between clients, contractors, legal, and internal stakeholders
* Monitor and report on key commercial KPIs, preparing regular updates for senior management and project stakeholders
* Navigating NEC contracts with confidence – handling variations, claims, and dispute resolution
Senior Quantity Surveyor Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Extensive experience in commercial and project controls roles on complex, large-scale projects
* In-depth knowledge of NEC3 contracts and solid understanding of contract law
* Experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 contractor
* High-level negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Successful candidates will also be required to undertake the relevant CITB touch screen test
* Ability to obtain BPSS Clearance essential

* Accommodation allowance- £38 per night, available year-round for those living more than one hour from site
* Travel Support: Mileage reimbursed on the first and last day of each rotation (34p per mile for the first 10,000 miles, then 25p per mile thereafter)
