Student Engagement Officer – Enrichment
36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year to cover term times
Actual salary in the range of £23,874 - £24,572 per annum including London Weighting

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who would enjoy working with young people, primarily aged 16-18, to fill this varied and rewarding post.
Enrichment and extra‑curricular activities form an important aspect of student learning and help them to become career ready. Working alongside managers and curriculum teams, you would design, develop and implement the cross‑college enrichment programme for all students, and play a key role in promoting the enrichment provision across the College. You will gather feedback from students and monitor, record and measure the impact of the enrichment activities.
You will be a pro‑active, enthusiastic team player and will enjoy liaising with students and staff across the College. You will communicate confidently with students and staff, and have the ability to enthuse and motivate others, encouraging participation in events and activities. You will be willing and able to work flexibly when required, including travelling between campuses (Uxbridge and Hayes).
As the postholder will be starting mid‑year (after 1st September), the salary will be pro‑rated from the start date to the end of this academic year (31st August 2026). This ensures the correct entitlement to pay and holiday pay relative to the portion of the year worked. Salary will change to the full amount (not pro‑rated) from 1st September 2026.
