Role Overview We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on individual to join our team as a Creative Content & Artistic Direction Assistant. This is a dual-role that blends visual storytelling, campaign development, and content execution. You will play a key part in shaping the artistic direction of our campaigns while also delivering high-quality video and graphic content across paid ads, organic posts, web, and collaborations. Key Responsibilities Develop clear visual concepts and creative direction for new product launches, campaigns, and collaborations Edit and produce high-quality video content for web, social, and advertising (Adobe Premiere essential) Design campaign graphics and visuals for digital platforms (Photoshop/Illustrator essential) Create and execute concepts for influencer content and collaboration campaigns Repurpose and optimise existing footage for multi-channel use Work closely with the founder and wider marketing team to align creative output with brand goals Support in building creative toolkits and asset packs for consistent brand storytelling What We’re Looking For A great understanding of branding and aesthetic Skilled in both photo and video editing Expert-level video editing skills Strong graphic design capabilities (Photoshop ideally) A strong sense of visual identity and brand-led storytelling Ability to ideate and pitch original concepts for launches, influencer campaigns, and collaborations Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ideal but no required - Passion for fashion Desirable but not essential Experience working in fashion, music, or lifestyle brands Familiarity with paid ad formats and content optimisation for performance Why Join PHIX?
