1. Your Role & Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of project processes, from commissioning to documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and submitting process design and commissioning standards for new and secured projects.
* Establishing process design criteria and project requirements.
* Preparing mass balance and process flow diagrams, working alongside Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
* Conducting hydraulic, thermal, and power calculations, as well as process and control philosophies.
* Producing operation and maintenance manuals.
* Contributing to scopes of work and subcontract process design specifications.
* Attending or leading HAZOP meetings.
* Evaluating new opportunities and assessing project viability.
* Supporting due diligence for pilot trials and emerging technologies.
* Attending site visits, assisting with operator training, and collaborating with multidisciplinary proposal and project teams.
