ARNE is a direct to consumer, athleisure apparel brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel.
We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media and CRM activity to further amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.
Reporting to our Ecommerce Manager, you'll be supporting the Ecommerce team in maintaining our multi market website and mobile app through product creation and enrichment, which will include the full end to product release preparation. Requirements
* Creating basic product listings in Shopify by entering initial product details and setting up key information to help the team complete and publish products efficiently
* Performing ad hoc data entry and administrative tasks to support Ecommerce operations as needed
* Supporting the Ecommerce Team with category management across multiple websites, including product setup, pricing, taxonomy, navigation, and categorisation to enhance the customer journey and drive revenue growth
* Generating and assigning unique barcodes and SKUs for new product lines to ensure accurate inventory tracking, seamless system integration, and operational efficiency across all sales channels.
* Assigning product attributes such as filter fields, variant options, outfit recommendations, uploading product descriptions, managing onsite badges, and configuring all product meta data to enrich the product information on site and app
* Conducting competitor analysis to inform improvements in site functionality and user experience
* Managing category pushes in collaboration with Marketing and Merchandising teams to support cross-functional initiatives
* Upkeeping data export logs to keep track of changes
* Completing adhoc administrative tasks to support the full Ecommerce Team
Essential Experience And Skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience with Ecommerce platforms and third-party plugins (preferred but not essential)
* Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues and prospective employees at all levels
* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous office experience
* A ‘get stuck in' attitude
Desirable But Not Essential Experience And Skills
* Experience using Shopify
* Experience creating product listings on Ecommerce platforms
* Experience using Algolia
