Your Role as Food & Beverage Manager
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the hotel’s dining experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire and develop your team, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service. You’ll oversee all aspects of F&B operations—from menu development and inventory control to budget management and compliance with health and safety standards.
Your commercial insight will help you analyse sales trends, manage costs, and implement strategies that boost revenue. You’ll also work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote our offerings and create memorable experiences. Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS) is essential, as you’ll use it to streamline reservations, billing, and guest interactions, ensuring seamless service across the board.
Above all, you’ll champion Aimbridge’s four pillars—People, Product, Guest, and Performance—bringing them to life in every decision you make.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader with a proven track record in hotel or hospitality management. You’ll combine operational expertise with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A deep understanding of industry standards is essential, along with hands-on experience using Opera PMS to optimise F&B operations. Most importantly, you’ll have a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences and a commitment to excellence.
