Benefits as a HR Advisor include: 20 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays Extra Days Leave for your Birthday Christmas Close Down Hybrid Working - 1 Day Per Week CIPD Qualification As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for acting as the first level of support for stakeholders across the business and advising on HR related issues: Onboarding new starters by preparing offer letters, contracts of employment and completing right to work and reference checks Acting as first line of support for line managers and advising on initial stages of company procedures Maintain accurate and up to date employee records Assist with recruitment by advertising roles and coordinating interviews Schedule new employee inductions Administer employee changes such as promotions, leavers and transfers Supporting the wider HR teams with note-taking in ER meetings The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience acting as the first line of enquiry for stakeholders across the business and have a genuine passion for all things people.
