Job role: Business Development Executive(Hybrid / remote)
Location: Hybrid, must be able to commute to one of our offices in Stockport / West Midlands / Tankersley / Pocklington
Hours: Full time - 37.5hrs a week, Monday – Friday

Now, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive with experience in complex sales to grow our existing team and help drive new business in the ERP space. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
* Identify and target new markets and customer needs through proactive research.
* Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to showcase Innov8’s solutions.
* Promote our Sage ERP solutions (Sage 200, Sage X3, Sage Intacct) by understanding client challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Apply a consultative sales approach, ensuring clients receive the best-fit solutions for their business.
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve both personal and team sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
* Well versed in complex sales and managing multiple opportunities at various stages of the pipeline is a must.
* Proven background in a Business Development, Sales Executive, or similar role.
* Confident engaging with multiple stakeholders at all levels, from discovery through to close.
* Commercially astute, with an ability to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
* ERP or business software sales experience is a strong advantage, but not essential.
* Experience with Sage 200, Sage X3, or Sage Intacct would be a huge plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Organised, proactive, and motivated by achieving (and smashing) targets.
* Flexibility to travel UK-wide as required.
