Overview
Atrium Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants in Bridlington and surrounding areas to join a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Roles will be based in Bridlington with a distance of up to 25 miles, supporting adults in residential, nursing, support and clinical facilities with tasks such as personal care, companionship and other complex needs.
As a Healthcare Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide the highest quality of care and assistance to residents to help meet health and social care needs. This includes washing, toileting, medication, bed making and preparing meals and drinks. You will aim to enable residents to achieve independence as far as possible in all areas of life, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote well-being and independence. The role requires empathy, patience and a commitment to supporting individuals with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one support and supervision to individuals.
* Aid all service users in need of assistance.
* Promote independence in day-to-day decisions (clothing, bathing, choices of food, etc.).
* Work collaboratively with other staff members and professionals.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomes.
* Provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience.
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle (Desirable).
* Proof of immunization history.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion to support and care for others.
* A drive to learn and develop.
* Flexibility to work.
* The right to work in the UK.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
