s and Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support on Success Factors Employee central.
2. Collaborate with NN System Management team on the technical track of the project, and prioritise business and information needs.
3. Responsible for managing day to day processes, and timely deliver the tasks assigned by NN System Management team.
4. Provide technical expertise in resolving issues.
5. Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hours.
6. Share Industry best practices on implementation of Compensation Global template.
7. Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.
8. Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
9. Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
Required Experience
10. Skill Area: SuccessFactors Employee Central.
11. Main Technology: Success Factor - Employee Central.
12. Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central module.
13. Implementation, support, operations, and maintenance of SF Employee Central (min 3 projects).
14. Stakeholder management.
Required Experience
15. ITIL Knowledge (use of ServiceNow).
16. Agile - Knowledge & way of working.
