Are you a visionary creative strategist with big-brand agency experience and a passion for crafting culturally resonant, commercially effective campaigns?
We’re seeking a Head of Brand Experience to lead global campaign strategy and execution for two of the world’s most iconic FMCG brands. In this highly influential role, you'll shape the long-term brand experience vision and own the delivery of through-the-line, integrated campaigns across multiple international markets.
About the Role:
Sitting on the Brand Development Leadership Team, you’ll be the creative engine and strategic architect behind every touchpoint of the brand experience. This is your opportunity to bring to life a bold, distinctive vision and ensure consistent, emotionally engaging brand expression in partnership with world-class agency teams and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead end-to-end creative campaign development – from brand narrative and strategic brief to execution across paid, owned, and earned media.
* Champion a 360 brand experience planning process, grounded in data and deep cultural insight.
* Build and manage relationships with top-tier creative, media, design, PR, and digital agencies.
* Translate complex strategy into clear, inspiring creative briefs.
* Influence 10+ cross-functional senior leaders across marketing, sales, innovation, consumer insights, and media globally.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team and mentor emerging talent.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience driving creative campaign execution in top creative agencies or global brand-led environments.
* A portfolio of standout Masterbrand campaigns that have delivered strong business results.
* Strong understanding of European or international markets and the ability to adapt tone and messaging accordingly.
* Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a flair for turning insights into powerful storytelling.
* A collaborative, resilient mindset and strong influencing skills to build consensus at all levels.
* Experience managing multiple agencies and aligning global teams around a single, iconic brand vision.
