Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mechanical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Mechanical Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical maintenance across a range of building services systems.
* Diagnosing and repairing faults on HVAC and associated mechanical plant.
* Conducting routine inspections, testing, and servicing to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
* Completing maintenance records, job sheets, and compliance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
To be successful for this Mechanical Engineer role you must have:
* A recognised mechanical engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, F-Gas, or equivalent.
* Previous experience carrying out mechanical maintenance within commercial or facilities management environments.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across a range of mechanical building services systems.
* Full UK Driving Licence
