NEOS Engineering are partnered with a global OEM of mobile cranes who are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to drive sales across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class brand, selling high-value mobile crane solutions to key accounts in construction, lifting, and plant hire.
The Role
Manage and grow sales of mobile cranes across your designated UK territory.
Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
Sell a full range of OEM mobile crane solutions to contractors, plant hire companies, and industrial clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
Represent a globally recognised brand with excellent aftersales and support services.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience selling mobile cranes or heavy lifting equipment.
Strong network in the construction, plant hire, or lifting sectors.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Based in the UK with the ability to travel across the territory as required.
The Package
£65,000 – £75,000 basic salary
