Lead Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Supervisor
Location: Leicester and surrounding areas
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year plus overtime and van use.

Candidate Profile
* Recognised air conditioning qualifications including f‑Gas, City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent are beneficial.
* Good customer service skills, well presented and articulate with ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
* Experience in air conditioning service and maintenance contracts with strong trouble‑shooting skills.
* Looking to progress with a forward‑thinking, up‑and‑coming business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and support a small team of HVAC engineers, providing technical support and development while working in the field.
* Based from home and operating on a mobile basis, carry out service and preventive planned maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning appliances.
* Overall responsibility for problematic repairs and diagnostics/troubleshooting of air conditioning appliances.
* Lead small works projects/upgrades.
* Availability and opportunity for overtime.
* Personal use of the company van.
* Private healthcare after qualifying period.
