We are recruiting for an established, growing garden maintenance business based near Lingfield is looking for an experienced Gardener / Team Leader to join their team.
They focus on quality over volume. Jobs are done properly. Clients are long-term and standards are high.
Youll be part of a small, skilled team covering Surrey, Kent and Sussex. Work is steady year-round. Your horticultural knowledge is respected. This is not a churn-and-burn contractor. Its a business that values detail, reliability and good people.
The Role
Hands-on gardening with responsibility.
Leading a small team on site Lawn care, hedge cutting, pruning and seasonal maintenance Planting and general horticultural tasks Managing your day and maintaining high standards Representing the business professionally with clients
Youll be trusted to run jobs properly. Not micromanaged.
What Theyre Looking For
Minimum 5 years gardening experience RHS Level 2 (or equivalent horticultural qualification) Experience supervising or leading others Clean UK driving licence held for at least 5 years No criminal record
This suits someone confident, organised and proud of their work.
