What You'll Be Doing
As a Private Client Solicitor, you'll take on a varied and engaging caseload, working with clients to provide tailored legal solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a High-Quality Caseload – Advising clients on wills, probate, estate planning, inheritance disputes, tax planning, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, elder law, and contentious probate.
* Client-Centric Approach – Meeting clients face-to-face and virtually to deliver strategic, personalised legal advice with compassion and expertise.
* Ensuring Compliance & Best Practice – Upholding Lexcel and SRA standards, ensuring meticulous file management and risk assessments.
* Building and Expanding Client Relationships – Actively seeking new business opportunities through seminars, presentations, networking, and cross-selling.
* Staying at the Forefront of Legal Developments – Engaging in continuous professional development to stay ahead in the field of private client law.

What We're Looking For
* Private Client Solicitors (1 PQE to Senior Associate) – You bring proven expertise in wills, probate, estate planning, tax, and trusts, ideally gained within a leading or well-regarded law firm.
