We are looking for a Staff / Principal-level Go Developer for a fast-growing, cloud-native infrastructure company building an open-source platform that helps engineering teams run Kubernetes at scale and unlock true developer self-service.
The role
* Build and evolve high-performance Go services
* Lead design and operation of Kubernetes-first systems
* Influence architecture and technical direction at a senior level
* Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards
Requirements
* Extensive production experience with Go
* Deep Kubernetes expertise (operating clusters in the real world)
* Background in distributed, cloud-native systems
* Experience operating at Staff / Principal level
* High impact, senior technical ownership
* Minimal office time (1 day per fortnight)
* Up to £120k + meaningful equity
