Responsibilities
Deliver a range of qualifications including Level 3 OCR Cambridge Technical, Level 2 NCFE Diploma in Skills for Business and Level 2 Property Services. Work closely with the manager and the departmental team, sharing knowledge and skills with students to help them achieve at the highest level. Drive continuous improvement within the college, promote attendance, participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development and review of activities within the subject area. Contribute to various open evenings, parent evenings and similar events as required.
Qualifications
* Relevant industrial or subject experience in a business/property services environment
* Previous relevant teaching experience, preferably within FE, and a willingness to gain a professional teaching qualification
* Enthusiastic, forward‑thinking and friendly attitude towards students and colleagues

Remuneration and Working Pattern
Pro rata of £27,785 – £43,325 per annum (i.e. £22,228 – £34,660), 29.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The working pattern for this role will be discussed at interview.
