Minster, a specialist insulation & dry-lining distributor offering a comprehensive range of products, is on the hunt for is on the hunt for an Operations Supervisor to join our branch in Glasgow. Hours: 7am- 5pm Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, take an active interest in their projects, and assist with order processing. Operational Tasks: Load/unload vehicles using a forklift (training provided), check deliveries, and maintain stock levels with regular counts. Health & Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the branch tidy and prioritize health and safety at all times. Required Skills and Experience Previous experience in the industry is preferred. Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and a “customer-first” attitude. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with a focus on health and safety. Demonstrates solid commercial acumen.
