The role focuses on ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders to support seamless service delivery. It involves handling a high volume of orders, coordinating with warehouse teams to meet despatch deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with customers regarding order confirmations. Collaboration with internal departments is key to ensuring operational efficiency, minimizing delivery issues, and supporting the overall performance of the order fulfilment process.
Key responsibilities
* Accurately process high volumes of customer orders using internal systems, ensuring all data entered is complete, correct, and aligns with customer requirements.
* Send timely and professional order confirmation emails to customers, providing clear details and maintaining a high standard of communication.
* Liaise closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time and in full, meeting delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
* Manage customer enquiries related to order status, delivery times, and product availability with efficiency and professionalism.
* Maintain accurate records of all orders and communications, ensuring information is readily available for reporting, audits, or internal reviews.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues or bottlenecks and suggesting practical solutions to improve order workflow.
* Work collaboratively with sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end order journey and consistent customer experience.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge and internal systems, ensuring accuracy when communicating with customers or entering order details.
About you
* Data Entry Expertise – Proven experience handling high volumes of data entry accurately using internal systems (e.g. ERP or order management tools).
* Strong Communication Skills – Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with customers and internal teams, both in writing and verbally.
* Cross-Departmental Coordination – Experience working closely with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer service teams to meet despatch deadlines and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Attention to Detail & Problem Solving, and the ability to identify order-related issues or process inefficiencies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract runs from June until the 31st December 2026.
