We have a fantastic opportunity for a Leasehold Manager to act as the main point of contact for our customers and to manage a portfolio of Leasehold properties within assigned neighborhoods, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and comply with relevant health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service within the framework of Leasehold Services. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Being the point of contact for your customers to resolve and investigate complaints and issues raised by residents, providing advice and guidance.
2. Building relationships and working with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Attending meetings, hearings, and other forums to build relationships with customers.
4. Delivering strong financial performance by working collaboratively with the service charge team to ensure the production of accurate and transparent service charge estimates and year-end accounts.
5. Carrying out and monitoring regular estate inspections and ensuring accurate records are maintained, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving License essential
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C)
* Previous experience of property management
* Front line/customer-facing property management experience desirable
* Excellent customer service skills and understanding of leaseholders and shared owners issues
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to analyze and draw logical conclusions from complex data
* Good IT knowledge, including Word and Excel for report writing
