Were looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to join a growing technology company in Didcot. In this role, youll be the link between clients, engineers, and support teamskeeping projects on track, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. What youll do: Manage and update the service ticketing system Coordinate engineers and schedule on-site visits Handle client calls and emails, ensuring issues are logged and resolved quickly Arrange spare parts, repairs, and warranty claims Support service reporting, client reviews, and team meetings Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers What were looking for: Strong organisational and communication skills A team player with a problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
