The Part Time Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for managing payroll processes within the accounting and finance department. This position requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations.

Description

The Part Time Payroll Coordinator's Responsibilities include:

* Process and manage payroll operations for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with current regulations and policies.
* Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies effectively.
* Prepare and submit reports to internal stakeholders and external agencies as required.
* Issue offer letters, contracts of employments, etc for new and existing employees
* Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
* Assist in audits and provide documentation related to payroll processes.
* Support the department with additional HR administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Part Time Payroll Coordinator should have:

* Previous experience in payroll processing within a large organisation.
* Knowledge of payroll software and systems.
* Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external agencies.
