Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

The Role
As Customer Satisfaction Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between customers and the business, ensuring that every issue is resolved efficiently and every delivery meets expectations. You’ll handle complaints, monitor reviews, and work closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
* Monitor and manage online reviews, ensuring timely responses and reputation management
* Liaise with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
* Track delivery performance and escalate delays or issues proactively
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
* Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in customer service, complaints handling, or coordination roles
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
