Finance Process Manager (P2P) day rate, asap start, London.
Altum Consulting are recruiting for a highly detail orientated Finance Process Manager (P2P) to join a growing Technology business based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment where processes are evolving and your impact will be visible from day one.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of procurement processes, with a strong focus on purchase order (PO) management and system governance within NetSuite.
Role:
* Review and validate Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals
* Enter and manage POs within NetSuite, ensuring data integrity at all times
* Ensure correct project and cost centre coding for all POs
* Act as a gatekeeper for procurement processes, maintaining compliance with internal controls
* Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to resolve discrepancies and queries
* Monitor and manage exceptions, proactively identifying and correcting errors
* Support process improvements within the P2P cycle to enhance efficiency and scalability
* Assist with reporting and analysis related to procurement and spend
You'll be/have:
* Extensive experience reviewing and processing Purchase Orders
* Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
* Strong understanding of financial controls and coding structures (e.g., project/cost centre coding)
* Ability to manage high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business
* Experience in a technology or high-growth business
* Exposure to process transformation or system optimisation initiatives
