Lead criteria : You must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and hold the Certified System Administrator Certification Substantial experience of various modules and applications within ServiceNow (eg - ITSM, ITOM, SPM, NLU, Security, HRSD, Service Portals, Workspaces, CMDB, Integrations) Significant demonstrable experience of delivering value through the implementation of new or enhanced functionality into a large organisation in a ServiceNow context. Proven ability to be able to work in a fact-paced environment either as part of a team or under their own initiative Demonstrable experience of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across an enterprise tooling infrastructure, individually or as part of a team, showing initiative when tackling issues and providing potential solutions where applicable. Strong working knowledge and practical experience of IT methodologies such as Agile Influential and able to demonstrate experience of effectively communicating at different levels to various technical and non-technical audiences.
