Job Introduction \n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join our MG Dealership in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team ahead of our new dealership opening June / July 2025. MG is one of the fastest growing automotive brands and, with an extensive list of new models lined up for release, the successful candidate will be joining this exciting journey.\n\nYou will be working Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week as well as working Sundays on a rota basis.
You will get 1 Saturday off per month to give you one full weekend off on the rota. Hours rotate between 8am to 5pm & 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays. \n\nBenefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £62,000. \n\nRole and Responsibilities\n\nWithin each of our dealerships we have specialists who can guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.\n\nAs a Retail Manager with Listers you will grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products.
