If you're based in and around the Bristol area and have a proven track record of effectively leading a team/department of Pension Administrators - specifically administering Defined Contribution/Money Purchase Pension schemes - then we'd love to hear from you!
We've had a fantastic few years in terms of growth, and with that growth showing no sign of slowing down - alongside the integration into Gallagher imminent; with all the infrastructure, resources and amazing culture - we're continuing to go from strength-to-strength in the Pension administration work. We're recruiting for an Administration Manager to come and join us!
As mentioned above, this role specifically focusses on DC scheme administration and is based in our Bristol office 3 days a week, with the other 2 WFH.
How you'll make an impact
1. Implement a way to capture and challenge admin recruiting requirements.
2. Implement a tracking system to monitor inbound/outbound staff and net positions.
3. Examine how we can move KRC administration technical staff back into pension admin.
4. Determine the most appropriate structure to provide national and regional technical support to the BAU teams.
5. Identify key resources to be part of the team along with appropriate reporting lines.
6. Define the basis upon how teams interact with the technical staff to raise queries.
7. Determine how trends in queries are passed to the training and systems team to improve quality.
8. Identify appropriate training resource.
9. Define how to capture the changes to processes through various triggers – legislation, tech dev and more.
10. Work with system trainers on joined up technical/process/system content.
11. Capture staff competencies via skills matrices and ensure we have a suite of courses for each skill.
12. Define induction and annual training needs.
13. Provide Pension administration specific analysis on the staff/client/process impact.
14. Provide Business Analysts with initial direction in terms of detailed requirement documents.
