Account Manager – Telecommunications

You'll be managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts while hunting for new opportunities across the UK and occasionally overseas. If you're a driven, consultative sales professional with a marine technology background and real commercial ambition, this could be exactly the right move.
What you'll be doing
* Managing and growing key accounts — shipyards, yacht management companies, and major maritime stakeholders.
* Hunting for new business and owning the full sales cycle from first contact to contract.
* Presenting commercial proposals up to board level.
* Working across Bridge Electronics, Navigation, Servicing, Maintenance, Support Contracts and Airtime solutions.
* Collaborating with internal technical, delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Attending exhibitions, conferences and team meetings — and occasionally travelling overseas.
* Keeping the CRM accurate and your pipeline well managed.
What we're looking for
* Proven sales experience in the marine technology sector — specifically Bridge and Navigation.
* A hunter. Self-motivated, resilient and commercially driven.
* Strong relationship-building skills and confidence presenting at senior/board level.
* A disciplined approach to pipeline and CRM management.
* A creative, solutions-focused mindset — someone who challenges conventional thinking.
* Willingness to travel in the UK and occasionally overseas.
